Following an investigation by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCS”), Atop Aesthetic Pte. Ltd. apologizes for procuring fake positive reviews which were posted on one or more online review platforms. We recognize that our conduct is an unfair practice under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act because fake reviews can mislead consumers and undermine their ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
We regret our conduct and have taken corrective measures to remove the fake reviews and prevent such conduct from recurring.
